Privacy Policy

The short version

Your data belongs to you. We collect as little as possible, we never sell anything, and you can delete everything from your profile at any time. No copies are retained.

What we collect

• Email address — used solely for magic-link sign-in. We do not send marketing emails.
• Program data — daily check-ins, mood, urge level, journal entries, and program start date. Stored in your account and visible only to you (journal entries are private).
• Community posts and replies — content you choose to share publicly on the community wall.
• Profile info — optional username and country, chosen by you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how people find and use the Site. These tools collect anonymized usage data (page views, device type, country) through cookies. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, retargeting, ad networks, or any other third-party tracking. There are no ads on ResetHive.

Where data is stored

Account and program data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU/US). Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by row-level security policies so only you can access your own records.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone. Period.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (check-ins, journal entries, community posts, replies, profile) from your profile page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — no copies or backups of your personal data are kept.

Children

ResetHive is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
