1. Acceptance
By accessing the ResetHive website or using the ResetHive app or services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What ResetHive is
ResetHive provides free public articles, an account-based recovery toolkit with optional daily reflections and progress tracking, and the Hive community. Articles can be read without an account. The Service is an informational and self-help resource. It is not a medical or therapeutic service. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.
3. Accounts
ResetHive accounts and the Hive are only for people who are 18 or older. People under 18 may read public articles, but they may not create or use an account, submit recovery data, or participate in the Hive. By creating or using an account, you confirm that you are at least 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may restrict and delete the account and its associated data.
You may create an account using magic-link email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email. You may export your account data or delete your account and associated data from your account page.
4. Posting rules
When posting in the Hive, you agree to:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be respectful toward other users.
- Not post objectionable, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or explicit content.
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), are strictly prohibited.
- Not spam, solicit, or promote external products.
ResetHive has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Community posts and replies may be automatically filtered before posting, reported by users, blocked by users, and reviewed by moderators. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines, restrict or eject the user who posted it, and act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours.
Use the in-app Report action or the contact page to report suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation. We remove content that violates these rules and make any reports required by law to the appropriate authorities.
5. Intellectual property
All articles, designs, and code made available through the Service are owned by ResetHive. You may share links freely, but you may not reproduce or republish content without written permission.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep things accurate and running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific recovery outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
ResetHive and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
