1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ResetHive ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What ResetHive is

ResetHive provides free articles, a recovery toolkit with daily check-ins and progress tracking, and a community wall. The Site is an informational and self-help resource. It is not a medical or therapeutic service. Nothing on this site constitutes professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using a magic-link email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page.

4. Community guidelines

When posting to the community wall you agree to:

• Be respectful toward other users.
• Not post objectionable, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or explicit content.
• Not spam, solicit, or promote external products.

ResetHive has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Community posts and replies may be automatically filtered before posting, reported by users, blocked by users, and reviewed by moderators. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines, restrict or eject the user who posted it, and act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours.

5. Intellectual property

All articles, designs, and code on the Site are owned by ResetHive. You may share links freely, but you may not reproduce or republish content without written permission.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep things accurate and running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific recovery outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

ResetHive and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
