Cookies and browser storage
ResetHive uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, preserve unfinished drafts, and keep pages responsive. These technologies store information on your device.
Cookies and browser storage we use
| Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Language preference cookie | Remembers your selected language and directs you to the matching localized pages. | Up to 1 year |
| Sign-in storage | Keeps your authenticated session active across pages and visits. | Until you sign out, the session ends or is revoked, or site data is cleared |
| Local preferences and drafts | Remembers choices such as theme, Library filters, display settings, and unfinished Hive drafts on this device. | Until replaced, submitted, removed, or site data is cleared |
| Temporary session storage | Keeps short-lived recovery, Hive, inbox, and article data available while you navigate. | Until the browser session ends, you sign out, or the cache is refreshed |
What we don't use
- No Facebook Pixel or social media tracking.
- No advertising cookies or retargeting.
- No Google Analytics, third-party analytics cookies, or any other form of tracking.
Managing cookies and browser storage
You can clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing sign-in storage signs you out, and clearing local storage removes preferences and unfinished drafts saved on that device. It does not delete recovery data stored in your ResetHive account. You can export or delete account data from your account page.
